I would like to tell you a little about myself……
I am a life long native of Newton County and am entering my 26th year in the real estate  business and still counting!  That’s right 2011 marks

my 26th year as a Realtor (R) .   I owe that success to many wonderful customers

 and clients who have made my job easier. I joined RE/MAX in 1994 in order to

offer all of my clients and customers an even higher

level of service.  After 10 years of production in the RE/MAX organization I was

inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame

I have always been dedicated to the wants and needs of my cutomers and

clients first; customer service is my number #1 priority.  As the years have

passed I have strived very hard to continue with this philosophy. 

The best way to accomplish that isquality education, keeping up with

current market trends and listen...listen....listen!! 

Today’s market is constantly changing…There are a lot of foreclosure properties and bank owned real estate available for less money … but not everything is a good investment.  You need some one who is working for you to guide you on market conditions, current values and what

loans will work best for the home you are considering. Therefore the need for

better technology and marketing is even more demanding.  Education, however, 

is still one of the keys to success.  I achieved my Certified Residential Specialist

 designation & my Certified New Home Specialist designation

several years ago and have continued to complete

courses throughout the years to stay on top of the Real Estate Market.

I am a member of the East Metro Board of Realtors, where I have served on several different committees as the chair and member. I also severed as a

director for 6 years.   I am a Life-time Member of the Million Dollar Club

 and have been since 1990.  To achieve this award an agent must sell

and close $1,000,000. in total sales volume yearly. 

I was an active member of Eastside High School Booster Club and served as

 treasurer, officer at large and cheer representative. Currently I am an active

member of Morgan County Boosters where I have

a senior this year!I am member of North Covington Methodist Church.

Being actively involved in the community with my own

family gives me more knowledge to help

 your family find just the right home!

Why would you risk the largest single investment you will ever make to someone that is not a trained "specialist" in both new and resale homes or someone whose full time job is not real estate?  There are so many ways to be misled....
